Description

Two men in their skivvies display muscular physiques while smiling at the viewer. In the background, there is a Victorian painting of a migration of horse riders, a couple walking, and a picturesque landscape with clouds and greenery.

This was this couples cheeky way of flying against the face of prim and proper decorum by being as gauche as possible but in a humorous cheeky way, as evidenced by their cheeky smiles and cheeky.. other things :P - you can just imagine the people in the painting fainting from shock - as let's not forget, it wasn't until recently historically that men were even allowed to go topless on the beach - so this would have been highly shocking at the time.
