This beautiful elf is of the highest echelons of society. She is powerful, and her eyes glow with arcane might, but at the same time, there is a bit of cultural arrogance that goes with it. She KNOWS she is superior, and you must earn her respect before she will help you.

The elves are another word for the paa-tal, what the draconians call the original lineage of beings incarnated into by the angels, who go throughout the universe seeding and cultivating life and planets. Paa-tal translates to "the insanely strong ones". Delicate and graceful but brimming with vitality and power - being so close to the angels in down stepping, existing on the highest realms of physicality.
