Description

Two large, bearded dwarven men stand in a peaceful forest clearing, dripping with water, while others gather around them, seemingly in admiration or support. A serene waterfall cascades in the background, and rays of sunlight break through the trees, highlighting the scene. They have what appears to be paint markings on both of them, and they are smiling serenely at each other - one tenderly reaching up for the face of the other while the other smiles benevolently at him. I was inspired by rings of power - the tree they healed with the 3 rings and it glows with a heavenly light - and I tried to replicate that in this picture even using similar trees. I wanted the rays of light to really frame them so it is hard to focus on anything else BUT them. I wanted to capture that innocent love. I think I succeeded. Enjoy!
